Dedicated to the memory of the great martyrs of Saragarhi, the foundation stone of Saragarhi Stadium was laid by Saint Baba Janak Singh Ji in the presence of prominent social worker Jatinder J. Minhas told that martyr Baba Gurmukh Singh Ji and Baba Jeevan Singh resident of village Damunda. Mr. Minhas had pledged that he would definitely do something to convey the martyrdom of all the Singh martyrs to the coming generations, so that in future people would come here and get acquainted with their sacrifice. Mr.Minhas Thanked the family of late Subedar Malkit Singh Minhas and the family of Mata Ram Pyari Minhas ji, Nishan Singh Minhas, Hari Singh Minhas, Gyan Singh Minhas of England and said that this work is being started with the joint efforts of this family. he said all the land has been given by his family. He said that along with the museum related to the martyrs, various sports stadiums equipped with modern facilities will also be built in their memory, where our youth, especially the rural youth, can show their sports skills. They will be given ample opportunity. He said that efforts will continue to complete this work soon and he himself will come to India from time to time and inspect it. He also thanked everyone.
