Nawanshahr/18 July/Daljeet Ajnoha (TTT) Chief Minister Punjab According to the instructions issued by Bhagwant Singh Mann, Chief Minister Window has been established at District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar. The initiative aims to streamline the process of efficiently receiving and redressal of public grievances. This information was given by Deputy Commissioner Navjot Pal Singh Randhawa while listening to the complaints of the people in his office at District Administrative Complex Nawanshahr. He directed the concerned departments to resolve the complaints received.
Deputy Commissioner Navjot Pal Singh Randhawa said that CM. Issues received through the window are being resolved promptly and staff members are diligently updating the portal with required information. He said that arrangements have also been made for adequate seating arrangements, water facility, a token system and installation of computers to ensure a smooth and efficient process for the people.
The Deputy Commissioner said that he visits the field twice a week to listen to the problems of the people and solve many issues on the spot. He said that every Thursday from 9 am to 1:30 pm they listen to the complaints of the people at the District Administrative Complex, Nawanshahr Office of the Deputy Commissioner and take appropriate action accordingly.
