Legal aid clinics will be started soon in the district /Dr. Amandeep Singh CJM
SBS Nagar / 28 August / Daljeet Ajnoha(TTT) As per the guidelines of the National Legal Services Authority and under the orders received from the Honorable Member Secretary Punjab State Legal Services Authority SAS Nagar, under the instructions of District and Sessions Judge Hon. Priya Sood, District Legal Services Authority was opened in SBS Nagar which was closed during the Corona time legal aid clinics will be reopened at the village level. From where people will get information about other beneficiary schemes besides free legal services. Dr. Amandeep Singh Civil Judge (Senior Division) CJM cum Secretary District Legal Services Authority SBS Nagar shared this with the para legal volunteers of the authority during the first meeting. He said that legal aid clinics will be started soon in the district, here paralegal volunteers will provide services two days a week. Vasdev Pardesi, Des Raj Bali, Baldev Bharti, Veena Sharma, Rohit Jangra, Sagar Ghai, Vijay Rana, Jaswinder Kaur, Avtar Singh Chumber, Harbhajan Singh and Paramjit Kaur were present on the occasion.
