The general house meeting of Punjab Football Association Phagwara was held at JCT Phagwara Mill under the chairmanship of PFA President Sameer Thapar. In which a large number of members of the Punjab Football Association participated, various committees were formed on the occasion. On this occasion, Punjab Football Referee Board Punjab was formed in which Harnandan Singh Khabra was appointed as the Chairman of Punjab Referee Board, Harneet Taggar as Coordinator, Hardeep Singh, Kulwinder Singh, Paramjit Singh, Major Singh were appointed as a member.
