Blood donation camp organised at LTSU Punjab.
Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/27 Sept.(TTT) Institute of Pharmacy , Lamrin Tech Skills University recently hosted a Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with Sant Gurmel Singh ji Blood Centre ,Balachaur (SBS Nagar). The Blood Donation Camp was inaugurated by Dr. N.S. Gill Director, Institute of Pharmacy and he gave away the certificates and token of appreciation to the donors Students and Staff enthusiastically participated from different schools and colleges of University and joined hands to contribute for this noble initiative in the service of mankind.
Dr Gagandeep Singh Medical Officer and Blood Bank Incharge shared that 105 units blood of healthy volunteers has been taken.Dr. Sandeep Singh Kaura, Chancellor Lamrin Tech Skills University Punjab said “It is heartening to see our students embodying these values and making a tangible difference in the lives of others.” University looks forward to future initiatives that uphold the spirit of giving and compassion. Dr. NS Gill, Director Institute of Pharmacy thanked the donors for their participation and remarked that event not only highlighted the importance of blood donation in saving lives but also fostered a sense of unity among participants. All donors were served with nutritious food and felicitated.
