District Nawanshahr Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Dhiman while talking to senior journalist Daljeet Ajnoha on various issues said that Every possible effort will be made in the district to fulfill the dreams of Shaheed Bhagat Singh and everyone should make efforts together to make his dream come true. If drugs are investigated thoroughly, there is a supply and a demand. If the supply is stopped, the demand will automatically end and our young generation can avoid drugs and for this all sections of the society should make efforts together. Regarding burning of stubble, the civil and police administration are jointly organizing programs in the villages to make the farmers aware. Despite this, if any farmer tries to burn stubble, legal action will be taken against him and a red entry . A song was also released whose lyrics have been sung in a very effective manner to encourage farmers not to burn stubble and at the same time instructions have also been given to install CCTV cameras in petrol pumps and banks in district Nawanshahr
