Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/Sept.6(TTT) In the modern professional football stadium of village Kaharpur in district Hoshiarpur, a football show match was organized between the teams of Kaharpur and Gogron by Sant Baba Hari Singh Sporting Football Club Kaharpur under the leadership of international football player Harmanjot Singh Khabra club president and village panchayat
This match was inaugurated in the joint room by MP from Hoshiarpur Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal and his son Dr. Ishank. To watch this show match, football lovers from the village as well as from the nearby villages of the area had reached the stadium in large numbers and they thoroughly enjoyed this show match. Among the dignitaries present on this occasion were coach Harnand Singh Khabra, former Sarpanch Harnek Singh Khabra, Rimpi national footballer, Sumit Bali, Sanjeev Kumar Bali, Harmesh Kumar Bali Australia, Numberdar Bhushan Kumar, Harinder Sunny Coach, Sarpanch Gyan Chand, Jujhar Singh JE, Sarabjit Singh Railway, Subedar Parmatma Singh, Jasbir Singh State Awardee, Chaman Lal Sahota, Gurnam Singh Bains, Joginder Singh, Jeevan Lal Sahota, Vicky Khabra, Amandeep Pola, Jatinder Ghai, Master Karam Singh, Rinku, Sonu Coach, Lakhwinder Lucky Jhanjhowal, Gulbarg Khabra etc were present on this occasion. MP Dr Raj Kumar Chabbewal who specially attended the occasion as chief guest announced to give Rs 11 lakh to Sant Baba Hari Singh Sporting Football Club so that this village Kaharpur’s modern professional football stadium is equipped with all the facilities and national and international players can be produced from here.
