56-year-old man murdered late night in village Kharar
Mahilpur police is investigating the matter deeply
Hoshiarpur/Daljeet Ajnoha/August 2 (TTT) A 56-year-old man living alone in his house in village Kharar was murdered late last night. According to the information received, 56-year-old Harmesh Pal son of Ram Lubhaya of village Kharar, who lived alone in his house, was addicted to drinking alcohol for a long time, due to which his wife, three daughters and a son were living in their native village Rahalli for the last 11 years, while the deceased’s father died 8 months ago, he now lived alone in the house and was building a new house for the last 2 months. And he was not drinking alcohol for the last few days due to illness. Last night, there was a Jagran in the village, everyone had gone for the Jagran. The neighbor who used to drive a passengers tempo used to give him food at night and leave, but yesterday he got late due to some reason, on which the deceased called him and said that you did not bring roti today, now it is late. That boy told that he was going to Mahilpur, that is why he got late and he did not come to him. In the morning, when work was going on in the house, the workers came and saw that the electricity of the house was off and the owner of the house was lying down in the room. They told their contractor and informed the police. On which DSP Parminder Singh Mand, police station in-charge Raman Kumar reached Mahilpur and called the fingerprint expert and dog suqaid and started the investigation. Till now no clue of this murder has been found. The police is investigating it closely.
